Physiotherapy Management and Post-operative Physiotherapy
You will be evaluated by a licensed physiotherapist for a preoperative assessment and preoperative treatment/intervention plan prior to your scheduled surgery (Hip, Knee, Ankle). The goal of this appointment is to collect baseline data on your pain, functional abilities, strength, range of motion in each knee, and breathing pattern. This baseline data will include your pain status and intensity.
Preoperative care enables quick recovery from all orthopedic procedures.
Post-Operative Physical Therapy Following surgery, physiotherapy sessions are frequently given to assist reduce stiffness and pain.
